Study in the Netherlands – Fully Funded MENA Scholarship: Applications are now being accepted for the MENA Scholarship Programme 2024, available to candidates from eligible MSP countries worldwide. The programme offers fully funded scholarships to professionals for short courses in the Netherlands.
The primary objective of the MSP is to support the sustainable democratic transition in the countries participating in the programme. While the scholarships are granted to individual candidates, all applicants must be nominated by their respective employers in order to be eligible for participation. The necessity for training should be showcased within the framework of the applicant’s employing organization.

MENA Scholarship Programme 2024 | Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for an MSP scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Be a professional and a citizen of, residing and working in one of the countries listed on the MSP country roster, as valid during the application period.
Provide a current employer’s statement that adheres to the format specified by Nuffic. The statement should encompass all requisite details and endorse all commitments outlined in the provided format.
Not be employed by an organization that possesses its own resources for staff development. Organizations regarded as having independent staff development means include, but are not limited to: multinational corporations (e.g., Shell, Unilever, Microsoft); significant national or commercial entities; bilateral donor organizations (e.g., USAID, DFID, Danida, Sida, Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, FinAid, AusAid, ADC, SwissAid); multilateral donor organizations (e.g., UN agencies, the World Bank, IMF, Asian Development Bank, African Development Bank, IADB); international NGOs (e.g., Oxfam, Plan, Care).
Hold a valid and official passport (with validity of at least 3 months post the candidate submission date).
Possess a government statement satisfying the requirements of the nation in which the employing organization is based, if applicable.
Be aged 45 years or below at the time of submitting the grant application.
Not receive more than one MSP scholarship for concurrently held courses.

Documents Requirements: As part of your application you will be asked to submit the following supporting documents – a valid passport copy, a current statement from your employer, and depending on your country of employment; a government statement.
